Administration's mission is to provide support services that assist the Pastor and congregation in achieving the vision and mission of the church. It is our goal as support staff to be of service to the church by maintaining church records, keeping the congregation aware of church events, receiving visitors and new members into the church family, and assisting church ministries with clerical support. We aim to structure the church office for member awareness and church growth.

The mission of the Praise Team is to lead the congregation in worship by ushering the presence of the Holy Spirit of God and allowing His presence to flow through the congregation. As a result, heaviness and strongholds are lifted and the hearts, minds, and spirit of God's people are lifted and the congregation is prepared for worship.

The mission of the All-Male Choir is to praise God and spread His wisdom for a good life through music and spiritual deeds. We also strive to express the love of God and His gift of internal life through spiritual guidance and music.

Associate Ministers

"Then Jonathan said to the young man who bore his armor, "Come, let us go over to the garrison of these uncircumcised; it may be that the Lord will work for us. For nothing restrains the Lord from saving by many or by few.' So his armorbearer said to him, 'Do all that is in your heart. Go then; here I am with you, according to your heart.'" I Samuel 14:6-7 (NKJV)

To the end of preaching the word to glorify Christ our mission is to be steadfast in our study and teaching of Gods word. We strive to be prepared at all times to deliver the message; react to the pastors needs; be proactive in making suggestions to better meet the church's mission and demonstrate leadership qualities for the church.

Audio-Visual Ministry

"So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." Romans 10:17

We have a two-fold mission:

  • To provide sound quality during weekly services and special programs
  • To spread the gospel by providing quality audio and video tapes of weekly services and special programs to the public. Our tapes are a vehicle for getting the Word outside of the walls of Bethlehem.

Through our ministry,
  • The congregation can hear every word and song of the service; thus allowing the Holy Spirit to do a mighty work. Bethlehem members who cannot attend church can stay connected with the church.
  • The "unchurched" can have the church brought to them.
  • Many can become saved by hearing the word of God and seeing how the Holy Spirit is working at Bethlehem.
  • The tapes can provide an encouraging word at any time.

The mission of the College Connection Ministry is to develop, nourish and maintain relationships with college students by serving as a spiritual link that provides support through listening, praying and directing students to resources to assist them through this period of growth.

To promote spiritual fulfillment and bonding with other Christians and members by preparing, providing and serving meals to the congregation for a variety of gatherings. This will be done as effectively and as efficiently as possible in a loving and Christ-like atmosphere.

Dance Ministry

"As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen." I Peter 4:10-11

The mission of the Liturgical Dance Ministry is to use dance as a powerful tool of praise and worship to the honor, edification, and glory of God. Being led by the Spirit of God, this ministry seeks to bless, heal, deliver, cleanse and reveal the power of God's anointing through dance. As we die to self, God will be glorified, edified and blessed by our total and absolute humble submission to His Will. Thus, God, the multitudes and the ministry will be blessed.

Now by chance a certain priest came down that road. And when he saw him, he passed by on the other side. Likewise a Levite, when he arrived at the place, came and looked, and passed by on the other side. But a certain Samaritan, as he journed, came where he was. And when he saw him, he had compassion. So he went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine; and he set him on his own animal, brought him to an inn, and took care of him. On the next day, when he departed, he took out two denari, gave them to the innkeeper, and said to him, ?Take care of him; and whatever more you spend, when I come again, I will repay you.'" - Luke 10:30-35
